  • Booking Confirmation: All booking and alterations will be confirmed by Email, It is the responsibility of the client to check that these details are correct. Where an error has been made the company reserves the right to charge in full.
  • Change in Flight Schedule: If your flight is cancelled, changed or has a delay the client should telephone us on 01223 441146 (24 hour office helpline) or email us on
  • Cancellation Policy: Where a booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled pick up time the company reserve the right to charge in full.
  • Unsocial Hours Surcharge: The Company reserve the right to apply a 30% surcharge when a journey starts or finishes between Midnight and 05.00am.
  • Account Payments: Invoices must be paid within 30 days of invoice date. Where an invoice remains unpaid outside this period, the company reserves the right to a charge of 5% of the total invoice price for every 30 days until paid in full.
  • Non Account Customer Payment: Payment can be made by Credit /Debit cards or with prior consent by Cheque made payable to 'SilverStar Chauffeur Service'. We do not accept cash Payments.
  • Smoking Policy A strict non smoking policy exists for all vehicles.
  • Child Seats: It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct legal child seat required.
  • Spoilage and Damage to vehicles: The Company reserves the right to recover all expenses for damage and spoilage made by clients.
  • Seat Belts: Passengers must wear seat belts at all times. The Company shall not be responsible for any injury or damage attributable to a passenger's failure to wear a seat belt and the client shall fully indemnify, and keep the company fully indemnified of any actions arising from failure to wear a seat belt.
  • Beyond the Company's Control: The Company shall not be made responsible or give any guarantee of providing services in a timely manner if a delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Company's control, ie: weather and road conditions.
  • Personal Property: All property is carried entirely at the owners risk and no responsibility is accepted by the company for loss or damage. Where any personal belongings are left behind in vehicle the company reserves the right to levy a carriage charge for the return of the property.
